We want to thank NOCA for hosting a Women in Construction Week and giving us a platform to celebrate our women in the industry! Both Chelsee and Shea started their construction career by joining the Algoma District School Board’s House Building Program, which has been sponsored by SalDan Developments for over a decade. From there, they both continued on with SalDan in the work force and continue to grow professionally within the trades.
Chelsee and Shea, along with other women in the trades, are a great inspiration to young women throughout Ontario. Thank you for sharing your stories!
